MAILING ISSUES REPORTED AFTER 7 DAYS FROM WHEN THE PACKAGE WAS MARKED DELIVERED.
IF PACKAGES ARE DELIVERED DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INVALID ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT.
YOU HAVE 7 DAYS AFTER YOUR ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE TO REPORT TO HYPEFACTORY THAT YOUR PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN MARKED DELIVERED.
FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU MADE A PURCHASE June 5TH, AND IT HAS NOT BEEN MARKED DELIVERED BY JUNE 15TH (10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PURCHASE), YOU HAVE UNTIL JUNE 22ND (7 DAYS FROM YOUR ESTIMATED DELIVERY) TO REPORT THIS TO HYPEFACTORY at HYPEFACTORYLBC@GMAIL.COM
