HypeFactory offers a structured trade program for collectors looking to upgrade, diversify, or rotate their collection without the friction of private deals or marketplace risk.

If your item fits our ecosystem, we’re open to trading.

What You Can Trade

We accept trade submissions for items with strong demand, authenticity, and resale value, including:

  • Graded trading cards (PSA, BGS, CGC)

  • High-value raw singles (case-by-case)

  • Sealed trading card product

  • Select Funko, Loungefly, and collectibles

  • Limited releases and short-run items

Not everything qualifies — but if it has value, it’s worth submitting.

How Trading Works

1. Submit a Trade Request
Use our Trade With Us form to upload photos, condition details, and the items you’re interested in receiving.

2. Valuation & Match
We evaluate your item based on condition, market demand, and liquidity. Trade value may differ from retail or private sale prices.

3. Trade Offer Issued
If approved, we’ll send you a trade offer outlining:

  • Trade value

  • Eligible items or credit amount

  • Any balance owed (if applicable)

4. Ship Your Item
Once accepted, you ship your item to us following our packaging guidelines.

5. Trade Completion
After inspection and verification, your trade is finalized and your selected item(s) are shipped.

Trade Value & Credit

  • Trade value is based on current market conditions, not peak or speculative pricing.

  • Trade credit is non-transferable and must be used toward in-stock items.

  • Credit cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated in writing.

Important Terms

  • All trades are subject to physical inspection upon arrival.

  • Items must match submitted descriptions and images.

  • Altered, damaged, or counterfeit items will be rejected.

  • Rejected items are returned at the sender’s expense.

  • Trade offers may expire or change if market conditions shift.

  • HypeFactory reserves the right to decline any trade request.
