HypeFactory offers a structured consignment program for qualified items. We list, market, sell, and fulfill on your behalf, allowing you to retain ownership until sale while leveraging our platform, audience, and infrastructure.

How Consignment Works

1. Submit for Review
Complete our Consignment Request form with photos, condition details, and item information.

2. Approval & Terms
If approved, we’ll confirm:

  • Listing price or pricing range

  • Consignment fee (20% of final sale price)

  • Estimated time-to-market

3. Ship to HypeFactory
You ship the item to us following our packaging guidelines.

4. We List & Sell
HypeFactory handles:

  • Photography & listing

  • Marketing & promotion

  • Customer service

  • Payment processing

  • Fulfillment

5. Get Paid
Once the item sells and the transaction clears, you receive your payout.

Consignment Fee

  • 20% of the final sale price

  • No upfront fees

  • No listing fees

  • Fee is deducted automatically from proceeds at payout

What We Accept

We consign items with strong demand, authenticity, and resale viability, including:

  • Graded trading cards (PSA, BGS, CGC)

  • High-value raw singles (case-by-case)

  • Sealed trading card product

  • Select Funko, Loungefly, and collectibles

  • Limited releases and specialty items

Bulk or low-liquidity items may be declined.

Payout Terms

  • Payouts are issued after buyer payment clears and the return window closes

  • Standard payout window: 7–14 business days after confirmed delivery

  • Payment methods available:

    • ACH / Zelle / PayPal (where applicable)

  • Consignors are responsible for providing accurate payment information

Consignment Terms & Conditions

To protect all parties, the following terms apply:

Ownership & Control

  • Ownership remains with the consignor until the item sells.

  • HypeFactory retains full control over listing format, marketing, and presentation.

  • Listing prices may be adjusted based on market conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Inspection & Authenticity

  • All items are inspected upon arrival.

  • Items must match submitted descriptions and images.

  • Counterfeit, altered, or undisclosed damaged items will be rejected and returned at the consignor’s expense.

Returns & Chargebacks

  • HypeFactory manages all customer disputes.

  • If a sale is reversed due to return, fraud, or chargeback, the consignment is voided and payout is withheld.

  • Consignors are not paid until the transaction is final and non-reversible.

Loss, Damage & Liability

  • Items are handled with care but consignment is at the consignor’s risk.

  • HypeFactory is not responsible for loss or damage caused by carriers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  • Insurance coverage, if requested, must be arranged in advance.

Unsold Items

  • If an item does not sell within an agreed timeframe, HypeFactory may:

    • Adjust pricing

    • Return the item (shipping paid by consignor)

    • Convert to sell or trade upon written approval

Right of Refusal

  • HypeFactory reserves the right to refuse, remove, or delist any consignment at its discretion.
